Well, not only is the cast forming but the crew is showing some interesting tidbits.

David Newman, who has been conducting the live orchestra at the various re-showings of the 1961 film has been chosen as the arranger/conductor for the remake.


Julio Monge, who studied with Jerome Robbins has been hired as a consultant for the film.

And Lin-Manuel Miranda has been assisting as well.

Totally off topic but my! she's a tiny little thing.

The theatre critic that complained bitterly about the height difference in the 2010 National Tour is going to have a fit over the remake.
